Biography
Troy Balderson, born on January 16, 1962, in Zanesville, Ohio, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 12th Congressional District since September 5, 2018. Prior to his congressional tenure, he served in the Ohio House of Representatives from 2009 to 2011 and the Ohio State Senate from 2011 to 2018. Before entering public service, Balderson worked on his family's farm and managed the service department of his family's automotive dealership. He resides in Zanesville and has one adult son, Joshua.
