Joe Kelly

Joe Kelly is the 42nd Lieutenant Governor of Nebraska, sworn in January 5, 2023. A native of Lexington, Nebraska, he earned a B.A. from the University of Nebraska (1978) and a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law (1981). Prior to taking office, Kelly served as Lancaster County Attorney and U.S. Attorney for Nebraska.
