Mike Hilgers

Mike Hilgers is the 33rd Attorney General of Nebraska, first elected in 2022 with 69.7% of the vote and serving as vice chair of the Republican Attorneys General Association. Before taking office, he practiced complex litigation for over fifteen years and founded a litigation firm that grew to over 100 professionals nationwide. As Attorney General, Hilgers has led the office in high-profile legal actions against major tech companies, federal agencies, and out-of-state entities, emphasizing a conservative, entrepreneurial approach to protecting Nebraskans’ rights.
