Rachel Garver

Rachel Garver has served as Lancaster County Treasurer since 2019, overseeing the collection and distribution of county tax revenues and the modernization of DMV services. A graduate of Nebraska Wesleyan University with a B.S. in Business Administration, she has implemented no-wait software systems and improved customer service in the Treasurer’s office. Garver is running for a third term, pledging continued accountability and transparency.
