Local Education Agencies - As introduced, requires the board of education for an LEA that operates at least one high school to adopt a policy for the selection of, and to select for the 2025-2026 school year and for each subsequent school year, at least one junior or senior student to serve as a nonvoting student member on the board for at least one one-year term that coincides with the school year for which the student is selected. - Amends TCA Title 49, Chapter 2.
