Biography

Lauren Boebert, born on December 19, 1986, in Altamonte Springs, Florida, is a Republican U.S. Representative serving Colorado's 4th Congressional District. Her family relocated to Colorado when she was four, eventually settling in Rifle in 2003. Boebert left high school during her senior year in 2004 after becoming a mother and later earned her GED in 2020. She worked as an assistant manager at McDonald's and in the natural gas industry before co-owning Shooters Grill, a restaurant in Rifle known for its staff openly carrying firearms. Boebert is a mother of four sons and a grandmother of one.
