Michael Jonathan Cloud, born on May 13, 1975, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, is an American politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Texas's 27th congressional district since 2018. A member of the Republican Party, Cloud has been recognized for his conservative stance and commitment to "America First" values. He is married to Rosel, a naturalized citizen from Mexico and a public-school teacher, and together they have three children: Ean, Zoe, and Kent.
