Pensions and Retirement Benefits - As introduced, expands the time in which education associations whose employees participate in the retirement system must submit a list of retired members of the retirement system who are assigned to perform functions or duties for the association as an employee of a subsidiary of the association or an independent contractor to the board of trustees by allowing them to submit the list annually or at such other intervals set by the board. - Amends TCA Title 8, Chapter 34; Title 8, Chapter 35 and Title 8, Chapter 36.
