Biography
Adam Mathews is a Republican politician serving his second term in the Ohio House of Representatives, representing the 56th District, which includes southwest and central Warren County, encompassing cities such as Lebanon, South Lebanon, and Mason.
Before his legislative career, Mathews worked as a civilian engineer for the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program. He later returned to the University of Notre Dame to pursue a law degree, becoming an intellectual property attorney. In this role, he represents inventors, small businesses, and entrepreneurs.
Mathews has been actively involved in his community, serving as the Vice Mayor of Lebanon and holding leadership positions in various organizations, including the Board of Directors for Elizabeth’s New Life Center, the Cincinnati Federalist Society, and the Warren County Republican Party.
