Biography
Dan Kildee is an American politician who served as a U.S. Representative from Michigan from 2013 to 2025. A member of the Democratic Party, he represented Michigan's 5th congressional district from 2013 to 2023 and the 8th district from 2023 until his retirement in 2025. Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Kildee has been deeply involved in community development and urban revitalization throughout his career. He is married to Jennifer Kildee, and they have three children: Ryan, Kenneth, and Katy. His oldest son, Ryan, and his wife, Ginger, have two children, Caitlin and Colin.
