Biography

Emily Randall, born on October 30, 1985, in Bremerton, Washington, is a dedicated public servant representing Washington's 6th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives. Raised in a hardworking union family in Port Orchard, she is the first openly LGBTQ+ Latina to serve in Congress. Before her election to Congress in 2024, Randall served as a Washington State Senator for the 26th District from 2019 to 2024, where she held leadership roles including Deputy Majority Leader and Chair of the Senate Higher Education & Workforce Development Committee.
