Biography
James Camacho Moylan, born on July 18, 1962, in Tumon, Guam, is a dedicated public servant and the current delegate representing Guam's at-large congressional district in the U.S. House of Representatives. His election in 2022 marked a historic moment as he became the first Republican to hold this seat in nearly 30 years. Prior to his tenure in Congress, Moylan served as a senator in the 35th and 36th Guam Legislatures from 2019 to 2023. His commitment to public service is further exemplified by his experience as a parole officer at the Guam Department of Corrections and his service as a commissioned officer in the United States Army.
