Julia Brownley is a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives, serving California's 26th Congressional District since 2013. Born on August 28, 1952, in Aiken, South Carolina, she resides in Westlake Village, California. Before her political career, Brownley worked in marketing and sales.
