Michael Ray Turner, born on January 11, 1960, in Dayton, Ohio, is a Republican politician serving as the U.S. Representative for Ohio's 10th congressional district since 2013. He previously represented Ohio's 3rd district from 2003 to 2013. Turner has a background in law and local governance, having served as the Mayor of Dayton from 1994 to 2002. He is known for his focus on national security, economic development, and military affairs.
