Biography

Andy Biggs, born on November 7, 1958, in Tucson, Arizona, is a Republican politician representing Arizona's 5th Congressional District in the U.S. House of Representatives since 2017. He resides in Gilbert with his wife, Cindy; they have six children and ten grandchildren.

Before his tenure in Congress, Biggs served in the Arizona State Legislature for 14 years, including four years as President of the Arizona Senate. In January 2025, he filed a statement of interest to run for Governor of Arizona in the 2026 election.
